I've taken the kids here a few times now and every time we go the big slide in un-usable!! it doesn't matter what your size is, you just do not slide on it. I've even seen kids walking up it without slipping!! with socks on!! since this is the biggest attraction at this facility, I would suggest they do something about it. something better than a bit of silicone spray.
I find everything is perfect there except ‘Cancellation Policy’ which is not helpful for parents as whatsoever the reason is they don’t refund the $100 deposit; only let you reschedule the party within 2 months. Rearranging party in 2 months may not be possible for every parent. Recently I had to cancel my son’s birthday party due to his surgery after a bad fall and he was not going to recover in 2 months. At least they should have considered the special circumstances and should credit the amount towards the normal visit being a repeat customer as well and cancelling 3 weeks in advance. 1 star is to highlight that the policy needs to be reviewed and improved.

There is a baby play area and kids up to 12 year's play on slides climbing structure.
Air guns fir soft sponge ball's .
Air machine socks ball's to a basket up top then kid's press buttons to release.
Another Air tool blows ball's in Air and a Awsome car ride for 10 kid's at a time.
Parents can ride with kid's.
Great food selections.

Not bad place to bring the family but wish there was a bit more separate areas for age appropriate activities..too many older kids interacting with younger toddlers all in same area...even with parent supervision the younger ones find it hard to have a full experience as many parents just turn blind eye to what their kids are doing .. but with very few places down south to go we will be back...just will pick a quiet time to ensure my child can be safe
Nice fun place for kids but would prefer to see healthier options for the food. Would be good to have option to pay for blocks of time little kids don't tend to stay that long sometimes
Great set up for the little ones to burn energy. Entry fee for kids with wrist bands checked on exit. Parents/ guardians free.
Their baby/toddler play area is fenced off separately to the bigger kids play area. Bouncing castle, climbing wall, huge play area with slides. Ball pit seems to be missing lots is balls.
Ample seating area to have coffee & cake while having visible view of kids.
Has 4 closed off party rooms available for hire. Food & Drinks reasonably priced. Staff aren’t the friendliest and enthusiastic but they are quick to clear tables.
The toilets are kept clean and fresh which a bonus!
Playground itself is great.
However, they let very OBVIOUSLY ill children in, and now my whole family are unwell. There may be signs stating not to bring sick children in, but they evidently don't enforce this rule.
